Properties

Tuneable properties

Pore size determines at which humidity level the material begins to adsorb moisture.

So Sponge material starts acting when humidity exceeds 60%, just above the recommended level for ambient air.

By tuning pore size, one can target intermediate humidity levels (60–80%) or very high levels (>80%).

AirSponge is the only humidity regulator available as a flexible tape. The result of over a year of development, it is a versatile product adaptable to every application.

Thanks to its extremely thin profile, the tape captures water vapour very rapidly and remains effective even under the most extreme conditions.
