What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 1 Pro roll (AS-B 50 = 50 stickers, from €100 excl. VAT). AS-B 50 / 100 / 200 formats (1 / 2 / 4 m rolls, pre-cut every 20 mm). Degressive pricing by order volume — tell us your target annual volume in the message.
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 6 to 8 weeks after order confirmation. Express delivery can be arranged upon request.
Can I get samples first?

How does the AS-B sticker work?
It uses a mesoporous SRD material that adsorbs water vapor above 60% RH and regenerates spontaneously when the air dries. No energy, no maintenance, unlimited lifespan. Learn more.
Can formats be customized?
Yes, custom formats are available for significant volumes. Indicate your requirements in the form message.
Is AS-B compatible with a tropicalized PCB?
Yes. The AS-B sticker coexists without interaction with a tropicalized PCB (acrylic or silicone conformal coating, encapsulating gel). Solvents outgassing from the coating are gaseous molecules that do not saturate the SRD: the mesoporous material has a strong selective affinity for H₂O and remains indifferent to other molecules present at low concentration.
How should AS-B stickers be stored pending integration?
Standard ambient workshop conditions: in original packaging, away from water splash and high humidity (RH < 80%). No dry room or specific conditioning required. During assembly application, the environment must also be in normal conditions to avoid premature saturation before enclosure closing.
Where is the AS-B sticker manufactured?
100% French production. Materials sourced in France, coating performed by our French industrial partner, team based in Lyon. SRD technology developed at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and IFP Énergies Nouvelles, licensed via Pulsalys.
Can the sticker be handled by production operators without specific PPE?
Yes. The active SRD material is a mineral (mesoporous aluminum oxide), chemically neutral and non-toxic. Substrate and adhesive use standard polymers (polyethylene, cellulose). Bare-hand handling on the assembly line, no specific PPE required.
Is the product UL qualified?
AirSponge is not yet UL Recognized at this stage. However, we can provide material data sheets, test results, and consider a UL submission if volume justifies it.
What is the environmental impact of the AS-B sticker?
The AS-B is a zero-consumable, zero-collection-logistics and zero-replacement solution. Unlike silica gel, which saturates and generates dozens of grams of waste per enclosure per year, the AS-B has a service life aligned with that of the equipment. A direct lever for your eco-design and ESG objectives.
